Our History

We began in 1993 by building and restoring distinctive homes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. It wasn’t long before MTG Design’s reputation for solidly built work became a runaway success.

Since those humble beginnings,  we’ve expanded our offerings to include high-end homes, custom homes, townhomes, single-family homes, condominiums, apartments, commercial and industrial projects, as well as general contracting services.

Developers, both big and small, continue to recognize our decades of experience within the industry and our commitment to excellence.

Rebuilding from a Disaster

The 2017 Sonoma County Tubb’s Fire devastated the community our family has lived in for 40 years. Many of our friends lost their homes and MTG Designs is wholeheartedly committed to help rebuild the community. We’ve completed 5 custom homes since the fire and are currently contracted with other rebuilding projects within the Fountaingrove area.
